Charlotte, NC
I've spent about five days in Charlotte.
City looks very fresh and beautiful.
A lot of sculptures all around - paradise for a photographer.
A lot of theaters, banks and design shops, that creates the charm of the City.
There is not a lot of traffic in the city early evening.
City's landmark
That building changes colors every night.
City's Epicenter
Bridges between buildings over a street are very common in Charlotte.
Charlotte has NASCAR race trek nearby. That is a museum.
Sculptures are everywhere.
Wells Fargo Museum.
There was the first Gold Rush in the US nearby of Charlotte
City has also a lot of fountains and waterfalls.
World War I memorial
Sport Arena
Bus station
A lot of parking lots in downtown. No problem with parking.
That Smokey Bear is too smokey.
View from parking lot.
Downtown area is pretty small.
City has a light rail or tram system. Thy call it Lynx.
City library.
I do not know what is that. Looks like completely abandoned house.
Very interesting yard. Completely surrounded by buildings.
Apartment building.
Condos.
Strange name for the bank "Fifth Third Bank"
Cultural and financial center of the city.
City does not have a lot of homeless people. I've found only one.
that is the biggest "City River" - a small run.
Gold Rush trolley. It is free transportation connecting Johnson C. Smith University and local Community colege with City center. Very nice attraction for tourists.
Got fire?
Out of downtown area.
NASCAR museum.
These cars probably are very famous, but not for me.
There is some activities for adults. Who can change tires faster than professional team?
Back to hotel. Days Inn is not so bed, but they still have roaches
That Friday City Celebrated annual BBQ festival
Downtown was full of people, but I still was able to find free parking spot.
There was a competition for best BBQ
I think that one should have won the prize.
The very last Charlotte's iconic shot.
